Owners Neil Fritz and Coni DeRise Fritz share a deep connection to the Central Pinellas Coastal area. Their love for the coastal lifestyle and the community they call home inspired them to create a service that brings peace of mind to local homeowners while they are away. Neil, a Pensacola native born into a Naval family, spent his early years moving between Guam, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Minnesota. With a strong background in electronics dating back to 1978, Neil relocated to Florida in 1986 and launched a successful machining and fabrication company serving the electronics industry. He later became a partner in a leading Clearwater-based marine LED lighting and controls company, where he remained until his retirement in 2023. Coni, born and raised in Louisiana, completed her paralegal studies at LSU and moved to Florida in 1987. Her entrepreneurial journey includes launching a full-service day spa, two nail salons, and a real estate marketing business. Her passion ultimately led her to a successful real estate career, where she began offering Home Watch services to seasonal clients needing trustworthy care for their homes while away. As Neil began contemplating retirement, he saw an opportunity to channel his years of experience into something meaningful. Teaming up with Coni, the two shared a vision: to create a service that would meet the unique needs of homeowners while they’re away. With a strong commitment to excellence and a deep appreciation for the trust placed in a reliable caretaker, they founded Landmark Home Watch. Their mission is simple yet essential—providing attentive, personalized care for homes and the people who own them. Fueled by entrepreneurial drive and a genuine concern for their clients’ peace of mind, Landmark was built on the foundation of trust, service, and heartfelt dedication.
