Our company grew from a simple need we repeatedly saw among Florida homeowners: when people leave their seasonal or second home, they want someone they genuinely trust looking after it. We built Landmark around that trust.
Landmark Home Watch provides professional Home Watch and concierge services throughout the Belleair area and the Beaches of Central Pinellas County. Owners Neil Fritz and Coni DeRise Fritz share a deep connection to the Central Pinellas coastal area. Our love for the coastal lifestyle and the community we call home inspired us to create a service that provides homeowners with peace of mind while they are away.
Neil and Coni bring decades of combined business, technical, customer-service and property-related experience to Landmark Home Watch. More importantly, we personally understand the responsibility that comes with being entrusted with someone's home.

Both Neil and Coni are proud graduates of the National Home Watch Association’s (NHWA) Home Watch Boot Camp and hold the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP)—a recognized mark of excellence in the industry. As bonded and insured professionals, we bring not only credibility but also an added layer of protection and peace of mind to every client we serve.

We intentionally serve the Belleair area and Central Pinellas beaches rather than trying to cover an enormous geographic territory. This allows us to remain local, responsive and personally involved with the homes entrusted to our care.
