The Belleair Garden Club has a long tradition of bringing people together through gardening, education, beautification, community programs, and the preservation of its historic clubhouse and grounds.

Those values align naturally with the way we approach Landmark Home Watch.

Our clients trust us to look after their Florida homes when they are away. Through scheduled visual home watch visits, we look for visible signs of concerns such as water leaks, HVAC problems, pest activity, storm damage, and security issues. After each visit, homeowners receive a detailed digital report with current photos so they can stay informed from wherever they may be.

Just as the Garden Club cares for its grounds and community, we believe consistent care and attention can make a meaningful difference when it comes to protecting a home.
